Clan Information – The Uchiha clan was one of the noble founding families of Leaf village. The clan itself is said to be descended from the Hyuuga clan, who possess the bloodline of the Byakugan eye. Because their clan possessed the Sharingan or “Wheel Eye,” the Uchiha excelled at being able to read and fend off attackers. This made them prime candidates to help found the Konoha Military Police Corps. The organization itself would go on to adopt the fan (“Uchihwa”) symbol as its official logo.

Select few members of the Uchiha clan possess the ability to activate the bloodline Sharingan eye. This doujutsu (eye skill) gives one the ability to read Genjutsu, Taijutsu and Ninjutsu and the means to defeat such techniques. As such, the clan member can view a technique being performed and copy the tricks and movements required to be able to utilize it. However, the clan member can not copy techniques that are unique to another bloodline. There are also techniques native and unique to the doujutsu itself.

The clan is known for its ties to and unusually intimate affinity for fire. For a clan ninja to be seen as an adult, he/she must be able to utilize a Katon (Fire Element) jutsu such as Goukakyuu no Jutsu.

Clan History – The clan was founded by Uchiha Madara and his brother. The Uchiha grew with a bloody history and background; Uchiha Madara started a hideous custom of replacing one’s eyes with that of another clan member’s in order to assure safety from blindness caused by the ultimate Sharingan, the Mangekyou Sharingan. The clan was also involved in the building of Konohagakure until the Nidaime Hokage (1st Hokage) supposedly defeated and killed Madara. After Madara’s death, this heinous tradition ceased, until Madara, who was revealed to be alive, influenced a young member of the clan- Uchiha Itachi. Itachi massacred the whole clan- with the exception of his little brother, Uchiha Sasuke, who he forced to become revenge-possessed and powerful. Uchiha Itachi’s goal was to make use of Madara’s old custom of replacing one’s eyes- . Eventually, after a terrible battle, Sasuke emerged the victor. Madara himself was captured and finally killed. Sasuke went on to rebuild the Uchiha clan.

Clan Members – Limit of 5 people, must have permission to apply from (a moderator, will decide who later), must start from genin.

Every Uchiha Member must be a Fire User (meaning, his/her primary affinity must be Fire).

Sharingan Powers
Unlocking/Upgrading Sharingan Abilities require points which are awarded upon upgrading the Sharingan. It costs 1 point to unlock an ability (which starts at D-rank) and 1 point to upgrade it a single letter rank.
Sharingan Abilities
Copy Ability: The user may copy techniques that employ hand signs. As long as the Sharingan registers ALL of the hand signs needed for the jutsu (as well as the entire technique when demonstrated by another ninja), he/she may copy and learn it without a scroll or teacher by typing out the required wordcount. The user cannot copy clan jutsu, jutsu they lack prerequisites for or jutsu out of their affinity.
D: Copy D-rank jutsu.
C: Copy C-rank or lower jutsu.
B: Copy B-rank or lower jutsu at half the wordcount cost.
A: Copy A-rank or lower jutsu at half the wordcount cost.
S: Copy S-rank or lower jutsu at half the wordcount cost.

Sharingan Vision: Allows the user to see and respond to movements of an opponent of higher speed than the user.
D: Able to see Chakra in the body and detect/escape D-rank Genjutsu 1 post early
C: Able to distinguish chakra color and detect/escape C-rank Genjutsu 1 post early
B: Able to perceive attacks of speed +2 of the user and detect/escape B-rank Genjutsu 1 post early
A: Able to perceive attacks of speed +3 of the user and detect/escape A-rank Genjutsu 1 post early
S: Able to perceive attacks of speed +4 of the user and detect/escape S-rank Genjutsu 1 post early

Genjutsu Ability: This is simply the ability to do one of two things:
1.) Be able to use an Optical Genjutsu already known without the need for handseals
2.) Be able to use one of the Genjutsu abilities inherent of the Sharingan.

Description/Effect – The user gains their first tomoe in their sharingan.
The 1st Tomoe Sharingan is given 3 points

Jutsu Name – Two Tomoe Sharingan
Type – Douijutsu
Rank – A
Pre-Requisites: 4 Skill Points in Bloodline Mastery, 4 Skill Points in Ninjutsu, 4 Skill Points in Chakra Control
Description/Effect –The user gains their second tomoe.
The 2nd Tomoe Sharingan is given 3 more points
Number of posts Two Tomoe Sharingan may be used in battle = Stamina/3 rounded up
Recovery Period = Number of post Sharingan was used.

Jutsu Name – Three Tomoe Sharingan
Type – Douijutsu
Rank – S
Pre-Requisites: 5 Skill Points in Bloodline Mastery, 5 Skill Points in Ninjutsu, 5 Skill Points in Chakra Control
Description/Effect –The user gains their 3rd Tomoe.
The 3rd Tomoe Sharingan is given 3 more points
Number of posts Three Tomoe Sharingan may be used in battle = Stamina/4 rounded up
Recovery Period = Number of post Sharingan was used.

*****REGARDING THE MANGEKYOU SHARINGAN*****
The user can only use Mangekyou Sharingan for 100 posts before going completely blind. The user must specify/record the posts in which he/she have used the Mangekyou Sharingan within his/her profile. Also, (and this is very important), the Sharingan ability/power ranks usable with the Mangekyou are completely separate from the ranks provided by the 3 tomoe Sharingan (although the M.S power ranks are definitely based on the existing ranks given by the 3 tomoe Sharingan). Even after one awakens the Mangekyou, one may still utilize the 3 Tomoe Sharingan (You can shift in between the two).

JUTSUS
The following Genjutsu techniques are unique to the Uchiha clan. You will see that the techniques have a range of levels between D and S rank. This means that each technique my be learned at any point as long as the user has at least one point in optical genjutsu. The person must then retrain for each rank they go up in Optical Genjutsu to relearn the technique, the techniques do not get stronger on their own.

Jutsu Name: Heaven and Earth Mirror Technique

Purpose: Supplementary
Pre-Requisites: 2nd Tomoe Sharingan, Copy Ability, 1 Skill point in Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Genjutsu and Bloodline Mastery
Origin: Uchiha
Description/Effect: Using the Sharingan’s Copying Ability, the user is able to immediately copy and use a jutsu once he/she sees it performed by another ninja (the user must have the prerequisites the technique demands). THIS DOES NOT COUNT AS LEARNING. The user of this jutsu may only use the copied technique once, but can memorize the technique (one may learn the jutsu once he/she gets the chance.) This does NOT include clan techniques, techniques the user lacks prerequisites and techniques out of the user's affinity.

Jutsu Name: Demonic Illusion: Burning Paper Body

Rank: D-S (Depends on Optical Genjutsu Ability and Genjutsu Skill Points)
Type: Genjutsu
Range: Eye Contact
Purpose: Supplementary
Pre-Requisites: 2nd Tomoe Sharingan, 1 Skill Point in Genjutsu/Bloodline Mastery, Optical Genjutsu Ability
Origin: Uchiha
Description/Effect: This genjutsu requires the Sharingan to be activated and eye contact established. The illusion traps the victim in a dark empty space in which his/her body is made of paper- and burns, from the toes to the head. The illusion causes a reduction in the opponent’s dexterity; performing hand signs and movement in battle will be harder for the foe. It also lowers the amount of posts that open chakra gates or a Sage technique may stay activated. At D rank, this technique reduces posts by 1. With each increase in rank, increase the post toll by 1 as well.

Jutsu Name: Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu – Great Fireball Technique – Rank C

Type: Ninjutsu
Range: Close (0m – 5m)
Purpose: Attack
Pre-requisites: 2 Skill points in Ninjutsu
Description: Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja performs the necessary hand seals. He/she then draws chakra from the mouth and into the chest. By exhaling, he/she then blows out a stream of fire that erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring the hand to the mouth to control it.



Jutsu Name: Katon: Housenka no Jutsu – Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique – Rank C
Type: Ninjutsu
Prerequisites: 2 Skill points in Ninjutsu
Range: Close (0m – 5m)
Purpose: Attack
Description: Katon • Housenka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu techinque utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals and then emits a series of small fireballs from his/her mouth. The ninja can also hurl, hidden in the flames, projectiles. To the opponent the attack appears to consist of only the balls of flame; they do not see the hidden threat within. Even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.

Jutsu Name: Katon: Ryuuka no Jutsu – Dragon Fire Technique – Rank C
Type: Ninjutsu
Prerequisites: 2 Skill Points in Ninjutsu
Range: Mid (5m – 10m)
Purpose: Attack
Description: Katon • Ryuuka no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. After binding the opponent, the ninja uses a guide wire to unleash a large burst of fire onto the target.

Jutsu Name: Sharingan Soufuusha Sannotachi – Sharingan Windmill Triple Blade – Rank C
Type: Projectile User
Prerequisites: 2 Skill Points in Taijutsu, One Tomoe Sharingan, 2 Skill Points in Bloodline Mastery
Range: Mid (5m – 10m)
Purpose: Attack
Description: Sharingan Soufuusha Sannotachi is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Uchiha clan. Using the developed vision of the Sharingan eye, the clan member hurls three Windmill Shuriken attached to the ninja with wires. While in the air the clan member can manipulate the wires to make the blades circle and bind the target.

Jutsu Name: Amaterasu
Rank: S
Type: Ninjutsu
Prerequisites: 5 Skill Points in Ninjutsu, 5 Skill points in Bloodline Mastery
Range: Midrange
Purpose: Attack
Description: The user activates the Mangeyko Sharingan and focuses on a specific target. The area targeted is engulfed in black flames. The flames continue burning the area until it is destroyed or put out. However, Amaterasu may be drowned and extinguished by a B rank or above Water technique.

Jutsu Name: Susanoo
Rank: S
Type: Ninjutsu
Prerequisites: Mangekyou Sharingan, 5 Skill Points in Ninjutsu
Range: Close
Purpose: Defense
Description: The user activates the Mangekyou Sharingan and then closes his/her eyes. A large phantom appears around the user for 3 posts. While using this technique the user cannot use any other techniques nor can they move while Susano'o is active. It protects the user from all incoming attacks, but the user may still be drowned. After the jutsu is released, no matter how many posts it lasted, the user has their speed cut in half for 5 posts and may not use their sharingan for 5 posts.


Jutsu Name: Tsukuyomi
Rank: S
Type: Genjutsu
Prerequisites: Mangekyou Sharinga, 5 Skill Points in Genjutsu
Range: Midrange
Purpose: Supplementary
Description: The user activates the Mangekyou Sharingan and makes eye contact with their opponent. Their opponent's stamina is immediately cut in half for the remainder of the combat and must type 2000 wc for a full recovery after the battle. Note: Kai does not work on this technique, nor does having a higher intelligence.
After using this technique the user's stamina is quartered, and must deactivate the Mangekyou Sharingan for 5 posts, if they haven't already used up their posts already
