Clan Information –Members are able to utilized the "ghost element." As a result of dying and gaining their bloodline powers, their souls are loosely attached to their body, and by applying chakra to the bond, they are able to manipulate their presence in the world. Additionally, they become beacon for ghosts, who tend to follow them around.

Clan History – The Tsuikyono Clan has appeared and vanished with the tides of history, often reemerging when their is great danger and fading again when the world regains stability. As self-proclaimed "Guardians of the Dead," they believe that their duty was handed down to them by the god, Anubis. To that extent, they usually care little for the living so long as the vanquish the necromancers who may abuse the dead and the people who are responsible for the offset. Ironically, however, they use the dead in battle, often impressing their soul over the ghosts. Due to ethics and their general behavior, it is often clear that they aren't necessarily the "good guys."

The clan, having many years behind them, are considerably pompous. Some members have been known to abuse their powers, accepting large sums from a daimyou to communicate with deceased family members. This, in addition to their unique ninjutsu, have earned them fame, repute, and fear.

Added to this is their unusual tradition: There are seven clan heirs. The goal of this is to have them compete for the position of clan head; from it, each will grow. While the strongest will become the clan leader, the other six serve as his guardians as well as guardians for the clan.

After having vanished for a few centuries, they have recently appeared yet again.

Description: “Inner Sense” is one of the basic Tsukiyono jutsu. It is activated when the user closes his eyes, and his must keep them closed in order to keep the jutsu active. If anything, it is more of an “extra sense.”
The user will be able to detect ghosts as well as the life energy (souls) of living things within twenty meters of himself. This will need to be active for some Tsukiyono jutsu. However, because his eyes are closed, he will have to rely on his other senses. Not practical for fighting.


Name: Ghost Whispering Technique

Description: A high-frequency noise that ghost can detect, though most people cannot. Enables the user to speak to hear spirits and speak back to them, but can be used as a communication between Tsukiyono clan members.
Animals tend to be sensitive to it, as are those with superb hearing. It'll likely sound pretty annoying, akin to the infamous "mosquito ringtone."
Requires Inner Sense to be activated.


Name: Projectile Possession Jutsu

Description: User forms three handsigns and taps the kunai/shuriken, allowing weaker ghosts to inhabit the projectile. Affected weapons will, essentially, home after the target. The ghosts will be knocked out of the weapon if the projectile is hit and will certainly leave after the weapon hits the opponent.


Name: Weapon Detection Jutsu

Description: Similar to Projectile Possession Technique. Forming a few handsigns, a ghost will possess the enemy's weapon. Although it will do nothing to hinder the enemy, since a soul is hiding in the weapon, the user will be able to see the weapon when using Inner Sense.

This costs chakra, obviously. Also, this will not work against weapons that have demons sealed inside of them. Since a weapon also does not serve as a permanent vessel for the ghosts, they will leave it after five posts.

Description: A clone of some material. Mainly, it is just a mass of chakra shaped into the user's body. Ghosts can inhabit these chakra bodies and can do battle, although limitedly; these clones are usually pretty weak and will definately be dispelled upon being hit.


Name: Ghost Scouting Platoon Technique

Description: Inner Sense must be active, and the user must have Ghost Whispering Technique. With a whistle, he will call seven ghosts towards him. These can be sent out to scout the area. When they return to him, he can use Ghost Whispering Technique to get information from them.

This is a jutsu because ghosts ordinarily have wills. This technique forces the ghosts to scout out the area.


Name: Peek-a-Boo Technique

Description: The user forms several handsigns. This jutsu allows the user to become intangible, allowing him to pass through solid objects and the like. However, while doing this, he is still vulnerable to chakra attacks.

Furthermore, due to the amount of concentration that it requires, the user will not be able to use it to let attacks pass through him in battle–timing -- to do that is too precise. He also cannot reach into someone's body and pull out organs simply because the body is protected by a soul, which will reject his entering in such a way (imagine two magnets repelling.)

Name: Omniverance

Description: Forming fifteen handseals, the user will jar his soul from his body. His body will grow pale and limp, his eyes will become murky, and his vitals will be low. In other words, he will appear very much dead. Because he is motionless, he is particularly vulnerable.

The user's ghost, meanwhile, is free. He can scout out the area within a mile of his body. He will have no physical influence in the world. When he returns to his body, it will no longer be in a dead-like trance.

Name: Dunce's Invisibility

Description: Similar to Meisei Gakure in many respects. It grants user cloaking at the constant cost of chakra. On the other hand, it is imcomplete in that the items on the user will not be cloaked. For example, one will be able to see a walking pair of pants. This will not be effective unless a user is completely strips down everything…which will leave him weaponless and armorless.

This is used more or less as an intimidation technique.

Name: Ghost Call Technique

Description: An advanced form of “Ghost Whispering Technique” that requires Inner Sense to be active. The user can call a specific ghost to him. The longer the person has been dead, the more chakra it will cost. It will cost half as much chakra if the person is doing it next to a loved one or a grave.

If it is a player's NPC, he has to give consent to this technique. If it is an actual dead character, the character's owner, especially, has to agree to it. If this is the case, then it cannot be used in battle without consent, nor will these souls upgrade jutsu.

Description: Forming several handsigns, the user will jar part of his soul out of his body and into a small object, like a pendant. When he uses Inner Sense and performs fifteen handsigns, he will be able to see through the pendant because part of himself is inside of it.

Because his senses are focused on looking through the pendant, when he using this technique, he will have no awareness of what is going on around him, leaving him vulnerable for attacks.

Using this technique requires constant charka exertion


Name: Dream Plane Haunting Technique

Description: Forming fifteen handseals, the user will jar himself out of his body. His ghost will enter the mind of his target, whose soul he must have seen three times and be able to recognize and home onto. Basically, he will be able to enter a person's mind because the target's mental defenses are down during sleep.

While in a person's mind, the user is completely at the target's mercy…because it is their mind, after all. However, this technique is usually used against allies to relay messages to them over long distance.

The user's body, meanwhile, enters a death-like state and is vulnerable.


Name: Temporary Vessel Habitation Technique

The user's body, being left behind, is vulnerable to enemy attack, and it if is hit, this jutsu will be cancelled.

In this state, speed and power are decreased by 20% each because the person has less control, and the body is “dying.” However, being is this state, the user is able to see what is going to happen in the next ten seconds, though there is a good chance that he won't be able to stop it in this condition.

The user will be able to locate the subject from anywhere in the world. However, using this technique will deplete him of all of his chakra, so he will have to rest after using it. In that time, there is a good chance that the target has moved, and it is very unlikely that he will be able to chase after them in his state.


Name: Ultimate Ghost Possession Technique

Description: The user calls a specific (and approved) ghost to him, allowing the ghost to possess his body. The ghost will not be able to perform the user's techniques, but will be able to use bloodline and non-bloodline techniques that he knew during his life because of the ghost's ability to retain those properties. However, he will keep the user's stats because it is the user's body.

This technique can be used for ten posts. Once it is complete, it will leave the user completely depleted of chakra and will leave him unconscious. He will be at the opponent's mercy at that point. He will have no recollection of what he did after the soul inhabited his body, likewise, nor will he be able to use any techniques, bloodline or not, that are not his own.

Name: Spirit Pressure Technique

Description: When the user's Inner Sense is activated, the user can use ghost call to gather several ghosts. Once assembled, the mob will hang about the opponent for five turns. While they will not cause direct damage, the opponent will be generally feel pain in their ears and head(such as the pain one might receive when submerged in deep water.) This is due to the fact that ordinary people are not accostumed to feeling spiritual pressure, so when it is abundant, it will impact them.

Weaknesses: Chewing will help alleviate the pain.


Name: Ghost Coffin
Class: Ninjutsu (Bloodline)

Description: After creating three seals, the user will slam their palms onto the ground causing a large coffin to appear from the earth and encase them, protecting the user from B-rank and lower jutsus. The user can exited the coffin from the back so it still provides a small baracade or can slam their palms onto the ground again, causing it to bury it'self 20ft under the earth. They can make the coffin rise to the earth again but cannot manuver it so it will reappear in the same spot it sank. There is only enough oxygen in the coffin for the user to hide in it for 2 turns (not counting the turn he/she made it appear).


Name: Phantom Clone Technique

Description: Another form of ghost clone technique, the user will form a few seals to transfer some of his/her chakra to a near by ghost making it visible as a clone of the user. The ghost can concentrate chakra to certain parts of it's body to make it physical and move chakra from other parts to make it intangible. To destroy the clone, you must hit all parts of it's body at once.
Weakness: The user can only make one phatom clone and the clone must constantly have chakra pumped to it, to keep it physical.

Additionally, if the user is hit, the flow of chakra to the clone is disrupted, causing it to disappear.


Name: Ghost Ailments Technique

Description: The user must have Inner Sense activated and must have the ghost call technique. Using the ghost call technique, the user will call three ghosts know as the “Ailments”. These ghosts have the ability to “infect” a body with one of three diseases (Arthritits, ALS, Alzheimer). A person can only be infected by one ghost at a time, and the disease will last for 5 posts before the effects wear off and the ghost leaves. In order to infect a person, the user must looked into the targets eyes. After being infected by a ghost, that person cannot be infected by another for 5 more posts. Any unused ghost will stick around until the user calls it off but if they remain with the user for more than 8 posts, then the user will catch the disease until they either call the ghost off, wait for the disease to wear off or infect another person.

Arthritis can either infect the arms or legs (not both) and causes the movement of the areas infect to be slowed and painful. For legs the target gets 5% decrease in speed, for arms the target gets 5% decrease in handseals. ALS causes the users muscles to weaken reducing strength by a 5% decrease and Alzheimer causes the target to forget the last technique they used and to reduce intel by 5%.


Name: Jack-o-Lantern Suicide Technique

Description: Forming several handsigns, the user will summon seven or so jack-o-lanterns and possess them with ghosts. Targeting the foe, they will lash out with vine and try to cling to the opponent. Once this occurs, the jack-o-latern will go off like a bomb, causing medium fire damage.

Weakness: Water puts out the pumpkin's fire disabling their ability to explode.


Name: Dance of the Scarecrows
Class: Ninjutsu (Bloodline)

Description: Forming eight handsigns, the user will raise two scarecrows from the ground. Two souls will be implanted into them, basically making the scarecrows vessels. Better than ghost clone, the scarecrows will have 2/3 of the user's stats and will stick around for three turns. They can take four hits compared to the traditonal one, as their straw interior will help to lessen the impacts.

Weakness: If they catch on fire, they will burn quickly into a pile of ash.


Name: Phantom Sword Dance
Class: Ninjutsu (Bloodline)

Description: Much like how a Tsukiyono would go about possessing a weapon in Projectile Possession Technique, this technique utilizes similar means to possess two blades. After forming handsigns to implant souls into the blades, the enchanted swords can attack the foe for five turns or defend the user from attacks.

Weaknesses: Disabled when the user is hit.


Name: Ghost Gernade Technique
Class: Ninjutsu (Bloodline)

Description: The user must have a crystal ball to use this technique. The user will create a seal before using the ghost call technique to force all the ghosts in the area to enter the ball, creating an enormous pressure inside of it that the user must repress using their own chakra. The user can then throw the ball in any direction they like causing it to explode, sending glass shards in all directions (15meters) much like a frag gernade. At the same time, all the ghosts will exploded out in an invisible wave of spirit energy. They will pass through anyone/anything and cause internal damage to anyone in a 15 meter radius. Since the energy is not powerful enough to damage bones, the brain, heart, lungs and spinal cord are all protected from internal damage but much of the digestive system is not. It will usually cause internal bruising/bleeding and will often cause the target to throw up and cough up blood.

After this technique is used, it takes three posts for all the ghosts in the area to diffuse from each other removing the ability to use Tsukiyono techniques that require ghosts in this time span.


Name: Tombstone Rising Technique

Description: The user must have Inner sense activated. Then, by sitting down in a cross legged position and making a seal, the user will absorb a bit of energy from the surrounding ghosts and spirits. The technique will heal minor wounds, temporarily fix up worse wounds and reduce the damage of major wounds. It also allows the user to slowly regain stamina. Because the user may not move while using this technique, it is impractical for battle.

Description: A stronger version of the Inner Sense activating by focusing more chakra to what clan members refer to otherwise as the “Third Eye.” It increases the range at which the user can detect souls to 200 meters, or 1/8th of a mile. They will see souls, whether ghost or from a living person, as bluish outlines, as they did before.

Maintaining this state taxes the charka pool more, however.


Name: Ghostly Grapple

Description: Forming, several handsigns, the Tsukiyono will extend the part of his soul out from his hand. Using chakra, this “arm,” will become solid and elastic like, being able to reach up to ten meters from the user and be used to grab the opponent, weapons, and the like. However, if the opponent is stronger than the user, they can, of course, pull them towards them because, well, they're stronger. When used for punching, the opponent can still block it, as the fist is still solid.

Has a duration of three turns before needing to be recast.


Name: Will O' the Wisp Technique
Class: Ninjutsu (Bloodline)

Description: Using a ghost, the user will use the ghost as a medium, pumping in and concentrating chakra into the ghost. The result is an intensified “flame” of chakra. Because it is not fire chakra, it is not strong against wind nor weak against water; it is just chakra. However, when the user throws the will-o'-the-wisp, it can cause mild burning to the opponent.The chakra makes it visible to the eye in bluish lights, so the opponent can see it and dodge the attack.

Needed for other will-o'-the-wisp jutsu .


Name: Will O' the Wisp: Spirit Dragon

Description: Several ghosts will be focused in an area around the user, who will start focusing chakra into them. After one turn of charging the technique, the ghosts will gather along his arm, which will shine a bluish-white color from the focused attack, inflicting mild burns on his arm in the process. When he released the technique, which will launch down his arm, the snaking dragon will go for the opponent. If it hits, it will inflict mild/major burns.


Name: Ectoplasm Technique

Description: Bringing a spirit to his mouth, the user will focus chakra, making the ghost thicker, eventually producing ectoplasm, a greenish water-like substance. Note that while it is water-like, it is actually just non-element chakra, making it neither weak against earth or strong against fire. The chakra in it makes it like acid to the skin.

The user will spew this from his mouth, which will get minor burns from having it in there. If the exiting ectoplasm hits bare skin, it will also cause minor burns, both on the user and the target.

Description: To use the pistol, the user will focus the energy of surrounding ghosts into both his wrists and then form both hands into “pistols”. The user can then fire about three spirit bullets out of each hand which can travel about 10m and have a mild penetration. Description: To use the shot gun, the user will put both hands together and make a gun shape. After focusing enough spirit energy to both wrists, the user can then release a blast of spirit bullets that travel about 5m from his/her body. Though they have low penetration, it has the capability to hit all parts of the human body at once, doing a fair amount of damage. It can also break through most body armors.

Description: To use the sniper, the user will focus a large amount of spirit energy into one of his/her wrist's with the other hand clenched tightly over the wrist to stop any of the energy from leaking out. When the user lets go of their wrist, they will fire a longer lasting straight shot of spirit energy, the bullet traveling about 30m and the penetration strong enough to pierce straight through a humans body and all B rank defenses/most A rank defenses. The user's accuracy depends on their hand seals – Low: 1-9 Decent: 10-19 Good: 20-29 Great: 30-39 Perfect: 40-50.
